We’re a family-run health food company based in Sligo, on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic Way.
Taking inspiration from the natural beauty of our surroundings, we use all-natural ingredients to create super-nutritious products that are specifically tailored to give you functional health benefits, making sure we cater for all ages with a variety of products and flavours. There’s something for everyone!
Back in 2004 we discovered sprouted seeds and we were blown away by their inherent super health-giving properties. Backed by research from the University of Ulster we went on a mission to make our Super Sprouts available to everyone and we are delighted that this amazing superfood is still fuelling the company today.
Since then however, we’ve gotten creative and kept busy, with our product family now standing at 40.
We have created some tasty wholesome snacks and toppers that pack a punch of nutrients including our delicious, guilt-free energy balls, protein balls, super seed snacks, savoury roasted pulse snacks, salad toppers , breakfast boosts and not forgetting the little ones our unique kids nutri balls.
One thing that remains constant is our commitment to producing healthy and honest products that are affordable and sustainable.
